Meet Aaron E. Lewis

Aaron E. Lewis is a lifelong advocate for equity, transparency, and people-first leadership. Raised in Central Florida by a resilient immigrant mother, Aaron’s journey has been shaped by firsthand experience with the challenges many families face—housing insecurity, economic hardship, and the struggle to be seen and heard by systems that often overlook those most in need.

From serving in the U.S. Army to leading a growing network of social enterprises and nonprofits, Aaron has never strayed from one mission: to build a community that works for us and with us. His leadership with The Framily Network and Forward for Orange focuses on breaking down barriers, amplifying neighborhood voices, and delivering real change at the local level.

Aaron believes representation isn’t just about holding office—it’s about showing up, listening, and doing the work. Whether advocating for low-barrier shelters, driving neighborhood equity initiatives, or preparing to run for Orange County Commission, Aaron leads with heart, humility, and purpose.

He’s not waiting for permission to lead—he’s building something bigger than politics. Aaron is helping shape a movement where power returns to the people, and where accountability, advocacy, and alliance guide the path forward.
